Oubliette is a full-featured, open-source password manager for Win-32 platforms, written in Borland Delphi and distributed under Mozilla Public License 1.1. Oubliette uses an open-source implementation of IDEA and Blowfish for secure data encryption. Oubliette was originally released in October 1999, and is now a mature and stable application at version 1.5 (November 2002).
